Our flat laminate countertops are built on a 1-1/8" particleboard or MDF substrate with high-pressure laminate (HPL) bonded to the surface — the industry-standard thickness for kitchen and bathroom countertops.
A properly installed laminate countertop typically lasts 20+ years with everyday use. The decorative HPL surface resists stains, scratches, and impact, and is rated for kitchen and bath service.
Yes — mitred corners are available on flat laminate countertops. Configure the mitre angle and leg lengths in the 3D builder, and we'll cut and ship the pieces ready to bolt together on site.
We routinely ship pieces up to 12 ft (144") via LTL freight. Longer pieces can be quoted on request, but most kitchens use multiple shorter sections joined with butt or mitre seams.
